I was approached by the award winning Emily K Weddings to design the floral arrangements for Sophie and Doug’s special day at their family home.  It just so happened that Sophie and I actually knew each other already from working at The Belfry, so I was delighted that they chose me to flower their wedding. Sophie and Doug’s vision was to keep everything in tying with the surrounding of Sophie’s dad’s English Country Garden.  We created an organic look with lots of lush foliages, ivory garden flowers and I even had the luxury of picking  floral fancies from the grounds.  Sophie and Doug had a few statement pieces, including a foliage hoop over the dance floor, a hanging ladder and a freestanding arch outside the doors of the manor.  The bouquets were simple and elegant and tables adorned in beautiful eucalyptus garlands.  It was a pleasure to work on this beautiful day.
